Our story began the moment we realized that healing isn’t linear, leadership isn’t a straight line, and becoming yourself is a lifelong unfolding. Over the years, I have walked through burnout, heartbreak, identity shifts, and the complicated beauty of being neurodivergent in a world that isn’t always built for brains like ours. Instead of shrinking, we decided to turn our experiences into something meaningful. When Cayzen began to experience the same struggle, the mission became clearer.

Little by little, we built a shared practice rooted in emotional resilience, intuitive leadership, and personal reinvention. We studied, we learned, we unlearned, and we kept choosing growth. Along the way, we discovered that our combined strengths, Richel’s grounding presence and years of human-centered leadership work, and Cayzen’s fierce creativity and intuitive insight, were magic together.

That’s when our purpose became crystal clear.

We now help girls and women explore who they are, how their brains work, what they believe, and how they want to move through the world. We honor neurodiversity as a strength, not a barrier. We teach that spirituality can be soft, bold, quiet, or messy. We create spaces where identity is celebrated, where intuition matters, and where young women learn to lead themselves first so they can lead others.

We’ve supported countless girls, teens, and women in finding clarity, confidence, and inner fire. We’ve watched them rewrite their beliefs, step into leadership, reconnect with their passions, and finally feel seen.
